The rules for using Tip Toein' In My Jordans AI: photo rights, no celebrities or minors, credits and payments, and the site's independent fan-made status.

By using tiptoeinmyjordansai.com (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What this service is
Tip Toein' In My Jordans AI turns one photo into a short AI video of a person doing a barn tiptoe dance, inspired by the 2026 "tip toeing in my Jordans" meme.
It is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Riff Raff, the 1987 film Rumpelstiltskin or its rights holders, or the creator of the original AI video. Generated videos are made from a short cut of the original AI video by @stroinaya, credited and linked on this site, and they do not include the song "Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz"; the video and the song belong to their owners. Rights holders can ask for credit changes or removal at any time (see Contact).
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms.
3. What you may upload
- Only photos you own or have permission to use, showing yourself or an adult who agreed to be in the video.
- No celebrities or public figures, and no photos of anyone without their consent.
- No minors. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed, even with a parent's permission.
- No nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, or content meant to harass, deceive, impersonate or defame a real person.
You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited licence to process them only to render your video and run the service; each upload goes to our AI video provider's temporary storage and is deleted there 24 hours after upload (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Using your videos
- You may use the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as posting them on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.
- Label them as AI-generated wherever the platform requires it. TikTok requires a label on realistic AI video.
- Do not present a generated video as real footage of a real event, or use it to mislead anyone about a real person.
- Any music you add (including "Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz") is added by you, under the music licence of the platform you post on.
- AI output can contain mistakes. Check every video before you share it.
5. Credits and payments
- There is no free tier: no free credits, no free previews and no free daily videos.
- Videos are sold as one-time packs at the prices on the pricing page, in US dollars, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Each generated video uses one video from your pack, whatever its length (6 or 12 seconds) or format.
- If a render fails, its credits are returned to your account automatically.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
6. Our rights to limit or stop the service
We may limit how many videos can be rendered at once, change features or prices for future purchases, refuse renders that break these terms, and suspend or close accounts that upload prohibited content. Credits spent on prohibited content are not refunded.
7. Rights and removal requests
If a video made with this service shows you without permission, or you hold rights you believe are being infringed, email support@tiptoeinmyjordansai.com with the subject "Rights request". We reply within 48 hours and remove content where appropriate.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
